Since 1985 Induz has been serving the residents of Sutton Coldfield and now sports a new look after a recent refurbishment. A neon-lit ceiling and trendy black seating is offset by the white walls and minimalist furnishings. On the food side the kitchen combines customary techniques with a touch of novelty. So expect to find modhu lamb infused with honey, sweet mango and mint, slowly cooked with baby potatoes, and the succulent chicken silsila barbecued with onions, tomatoes and peppers, cooked with mushrooms and green herbs and served on a bed of noodles, alongside traditional dishes cooked balti, rogan josh or korma style amongst others.Read more...
